My career experience includes investments in operating companies, public companies, private partnerships, and real property. I have had direct ownership in and operating responsibility for a wide range of property types including industrial, retail, office, storage, marinas, and RV parks. I entered the RV park market in 2017 upon recognition of its inefficiency and abundance of bargains. It has been a wild market since then.

I formed RV Park Management (“RVPM”) in 2020 to manage my growing portfolio and to serve other owners as a full-service property management company. Today, RVPM has earned its place as one of the largest RV park property companies in the United States, managing a large portfolio from coast-to-coast. 

I write to clarify my thinking. I publish to push myself and to challenge my ideas. “RV Park Guy” is one of my channels, and it allows me to educate the industry about the realities of owning and operating RV parks.
