I am a value investor in the commercial real estate industry. My real estate investing experience includes single-family, industrial, retail, office, RV park, storage, and ranch properties. In my opinion, the RV park market is highly inefficient and bargains are prevalent. I have chosen to focus my efforts on investing in RV parks. 

In addition to my investment portfolio, I also own and operate a full-service RV park management company called RV Park Management. 

I write to clarify my thinking. I publish to push myself to think deeper than private writing requires.
